Color Guide
The following is a guide on color facts and to show hot to color you files

Color guide facts
Please note that every monitor displays color in RGB. Since our output is done in CMYK,
not spot, colors will vary. Also, since every monitor is not the same, our view of your file and
your view of your file will vary. Usually our outputs will be about 90% - 95% accurate.
What you see on your monitor may vary from the print.

Please note that trying to match our print to another vendors print or to a print on
another substrate or media(brochure, business cards ect.) is unrealistic. Also trying to
match mural prints or banner stands done at diffirent times may vary in color.

Illustrator and Photoshop
If there are critical Pantones to be matched, please use the pantone color coated book that
is provided with either software. Please note that gradients and raster photographs cannot
be color matched with pantones. Since pantone colors are converted to CMYK, they
will print about 90% accurate.

Proofing
The following is a guide on e-proofs and printed proofs

E-PROOF is
.  A copy of your file sent back to you on a smaller scale
.  Only to check typography, imagery placement, and design elements

E-PROOF is not
.  For checking color accuracy, or to color match
.  For checking image quality/does not show actual resolution

Responding to an E-PROOF
.  When an e-proof is received, an email response MUST be sent back either if
approved or changes need to get made

.  Day 1 of production starts the day after an approval is recieved

Printed Proof
.  An approximate 9” x 12” of your art scaled down and a 9” x 20” at
actual size will be printed and considered a printed proof

.  An approval needs to be emailed back after which the following day
     starts day 1 of production
