Terms, Conditions, and Warranties
Display Republic is confident in the quality of our products and offers a standard guaranteed on all products. Warranty information can differ from product to product, however the following applies to almost all our products with only a few exceptions:
 
Banner Stands – All banner stands come with a 60 day warrantee against manufacturer defect. This includes damaged hardware and any retraction issues. Please remember this warrantee is void if any damage is due to shipping, user error, and customer mishandling. All issues must be reported within the first 3 days after product is received.

Pop-Up Displays
– All pop-ups come with a 60 day warrantee on all the components. This includes the case, Chanel bars, and other components. This does not include the lights. The aluminum frame that is made in the USA has a limited lifetime warrantee. Please remember this warrantee is void if any damage is due to shipping, user error, and customer mishandling. All issues must be reported within the first 3 days after product is received.

Hybrid Systems
– All Hybrid Systems come with a 60 day warrantee on all the components. This includes the cases, aluminum back wall hardware, wave canopies, and stretch fabrics. This does not include the lights. Please remember this warrantee is void if any damage is due to shipping, user error, and customer mishandling. All issues must be reported within the first 3 days after product is received.

Table Top Systems
– All table top Systems come with a 60 day warrantee on all the components. This includes the cases and aluminum frame .This does not include the lights. Please remember this warrantee is void if any damage is due to shipping, user error, and customer mishandling. All issues must be reported within the first 3 days after product is received.

Graphics
– All printed graphics shall have a 60 day warrantee. This includes banner stand, pop-up murals, and hybrid graphic panels. The warrantee is against fading and delaminating. Please remember this warrantee is void if any damage is due to shipping, user error, and customer mishandling. All issues must be reported within the first 3 days after product is received.

Color Issues
– Our policy for color accuracy is as follows: If a color proof is ordered, then a small color sample will be mailed for a color check. If no color proof is ordered, customer waives the right to object to color. Since all output devices are not similar and all monitors do not show similar colors, colors may vary from monitor to output. Please refer to graphic guidelines for more information.

Shipping and Handling
– All sales will incur shipping charges unless otherwise stated. Shipping will be discussed with customer and ship method will be chosen by customer. We can either ship via our carrier or use customer shipping company if desired.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
– Display Republic is not responsible for any product that has left its facility. If there is a lost shipment or a damaged shipment, the issue shall be taken up with the shipping company by the customer. Display republic shall assist if necessary. If no additional insurance or declared value is purchased from shipping company, customer shall be responsible for any amount above the declared value. Display Republic will not be responsible for any lost shipments due to the shipping company. It is your responsibility to inform Display republic and the shipping carrier of any damage to the carton or product done during the shipping process from Display republic to you within 2 business days after receipt. When signing for the shipment please make sure to check off any damages seen on the box or carton as this will aid in the claim you will have to make with the shipping provider. As with most e-commerce companies, any claims made against shipping will have to be taken up with the shipping provider (UPS, FEDEX, or Freight) as we are not responsible for the damage. When needed, Display republic will send you out a replacement product as soon as possible from notification of the damage, and the cost will be billable to you the client. This bill should be sent to the shipping provider when making your claim so that you may be reimbursed by them through the claim. Display republic will also assist you in proving any additional information you need in order to put the claim through to the shipping provider.

Return Policy
– All sales are final unless special arrangements are made. There is no “change of mind” return policy once order has been shipped. We do not accept any returns unless it is a warrantee issue. On all approved warrantee matters, Display republic shall cover the cost of shipping. Customer shall be responsible for any shipping charges for all other return matters.

Cancelation Policy
– Once an order is placed and paid for, our cancelation policy goes into effect. The policy is that if customer wishes to cancel an order, Display Republic reserves the right to evaluate the order status and determine how far along the order has gone. If an order contains printed graphics, customer shall be responsible for any graphics manufactured. If no progress was made on the order as far as manufacturing, there will be a standard 10% service fee for the cancelation.
